We eXsellerate the selling process.™ eXsellera™ links individuals and businesses to web-based markets such as eBay, the most powerful marketplace on earth. Buying on eBay is relatively simple, but selling an item there and in other web-based markets requires planning, time, the completion of numerous tasks and on-going management. Garnering the best price requires experience, research and even an understanding of what buyers outside of the web will pay. That is where eXsellera™ comes in. We eliminate the hassle of selling on the web and add value to the process. We do the work—you receive money for items you no longer want or need.

The eXsellera™ process is quick and easy. We eXsellerate the selling process.™ Here’s how it works:

1. You sign our Consigner Agreement and provide us with a valid driver’s license and a credit card.

2. You drop off your items at a convenient eXsellera™ drop-off center or call (608) 204-9775 for a pickup. If you prefer, we can come to your location and "clean house"—we can efficiently sort through everything, from a single room to a warehouse full of items, to identify what we can effectively help you sell. In addition, our detailing service can clean your items and get them in top shape for sale.

3. Once we've accepted your items, an eXsellera™ consignment specialist consults with you and recommends a strategy for selling your items. You don’t waste time worrying about online auction pricing issues, computer software, photography, shipping or payment collection—that’s our job! We do the work, you receive the money.

4. We professionally photograph your item, write a description of it and list it for you on eBay or another more suitable web-based market.

5. We track the progress of the sale and respond to questions from prospective buyers.

6. We close the sale by invoicing the buyer, collecting payment and required taxes, packaging the item and shipping it with care.

7. We send you payment for the selling price less our commission—usually in 20 days or less!

8. We follow up with the buyer as requested and handle returns and warranty claims as needed.
