eXsellera™ Fee Schedule

Graduated Commission for 7-day Auction:

39% of the first $200 of the selling price
29% of the next $800 of the selling price
10% of the next $19,000 of the selling price
5% on amounts over $20,000

NOTE: A $45 minimum fee applies per listing

All eBay posting and final value fees included. No hidden charges.

Auction and Pricing Strategy

Choice A: Consignor Does Not Want and Will Not Receive Item Back – Sales Occur At Market Rate

• Initial Bid Price set at 60%-70% of estimated market rate
• If no bids, re-list at _ First Initial Bid Price at no additional charge
• If still no bids, re-list at an Initial Bid price of $0.95 to sell at no additional charge
• If no bids, item is donated to charity

Choice B: Consignor Wants Item Back If A Minimum Price Set By Consignor Is Not Met.
• A $45 listing fee PLUS 5% of the minimum selling price set by consignor will be charged.
• Visa or MasterCard or Discover Card required. (A much better value than local classified ads!)
• If item does not sell, a Free Re-List if no reserve and initial bid 30% of estimated market is used on re-list.

Pick-Up

Consignors have 7 days to pick-up an item at our location after a “no-sale” notification from eXsellera. After 7 days, a $15/week storage fee is charged. Items stored for more than 30 days are donated to charity.

Vehicles

A $99 Listing Fee is charged in advance per vehicle listing. $50 fee to re-list.

Commercial

Commercial listings require $100 fee in advance if minimums are set.

Other Services

1. Pick-Up, Delivery and On-Site Consultation Fees. A trip charge of $45 is charged for pick-up or delivery of up to two hours. However, if items are large or there is a large volume, two people will be assigned. Consignor will approve of trip charges prior to eXsellera making the trip.

2. Detailing Service Fees. Items should be clean and ready for photography. If cleaning is required, a $35 / hour fee is charged for cleaning and preparing your items for photography. These fees are approved by our customers in advance of eXsellera™ performing the work.

3. Sorting Service Fees. $45 per hour per eXsellera™ specialist is charged to have eXsellera™:
• Sort items to be sold from those items to be donated to charity or disposed of
• Document all items to be donated to charity
• Have items transported to charity
