Q: Who is a “consigner?”

A: When eXsellera™ agrees to help you sell your items, you become a consigner. You still own your items, but you consign them to us and we help you sell them. See our and Consignment Policies for details.

Q: Will you pick up?

A: Yes. We are happy to pickup your items. Please see our Fee Schedule and Consignment Policies for details.

Q: Will you clean and prepare my items for me?

A: Yes. We are happy to clean your items. Please see our Fee Schedule and Consignment Policies for details.

Q: Will you come to my home or business and “clean house” by helping me go through my items?

A: Yes. We are happy to come to your location and sort through your items to identify what we can effectively help you sell. Please see our Fee Schedule and Consignment Policies for details.

Q: What if my item does not sell?

A: You have several choices when an item does not sell on the web:

•	Re-list it: Under our Premium Service Plan, eXsellera™ can re-list the item for free using a $1 start bid and no reserve, or, at your option, we can re-list your item for sale again at a lower start or reserve price for an additional Premium Service Plan minimum fee. Please see our Fee Schedule and Consignment Policies for details.
•	Sell it outside of the web: Under our Premium Service Plan, in some cases, eXsellera™ can identify a buyer for your item outside the web.
•	Take it back: Under our Premium Service Plan, you can pick up the item at a convenient eXsellera™ drop-off center or we will return it to you. Please see our Fee Schedule and Consignment Policies for details.
•	Donate it: Under our Standard Service Plan, if an item does not sell, it is automatically donated to charity. Under our Premium Service Plan, you also have the option of receiving a receipt of your donation for tax purposes. Please see our Fee Schedule and Consignment Policies for details.

Q: Do I have to register with eXsellera™ to use the service?

A: Yes. Each customer must register with eXsellera™. We require a valid driver’s license and a valid credit card or bank reference in order to accept items for consignment.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: For sales that are made in Wisconsin to Wisconsin residents, eXsellera™ collects Wisconsin sales tax as required by law. This tax is paid by the buyers of your goods.
